Warranty Terms & Conditions

The warranty period is for 3 year, and covers all products purchased from the delta authorised channel

The warranty period commences from the date of purchase or receipt of goods, whichever is later. Customers can register their complaint or any call with the toll free no. Any communication can also be raised for warranty claims at support@deltahome.in

Warranty is only eligible with the following documents

• Original Invoice
• Proof of defect. Warranty will not be claimable should any of the above not be furnished.

If the product requires repair or replacement in part or in full, delta reserves the right to replace or exchange the part or unit with an equivalent part or unit that is new or refurbished.

Shipping Policy

Delivery is available on Monday to Saturday (9:00am to 6:00pm), except public holidays. On receipt of shipment, please check and confirm the packaging in good condition, and quantity received are same as ordered. If you have any inquiry about delivery, please feel free to contact us at support@deltahome.in

After your order has been accepted, we will confirm with you about the delivery or installation time and date regarding delivery of the product(s). If payment was delayed due to bank approval process, delivery date will be adjusted accordingly. All expected delivery dates and time are estimates only. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the customer as a result of any late delivery.

You shall given no less than 7 days notice from 9:00am to 6pm (Sunday and public holiday excluded) to our Customer Service Department hotline in respect of any request for change in delivery time, date and/or place, delivery of additional purchase.

In case of bad weather conditions, serious flooding or blocked or closed roads, the deliveries may be delayed or suspended. Our Customer Service Team will contact the affected customer within 24 hours via SMS/phone for rescheduling of delivery.
