I had gone through about 4-5 different door locks and was hesitant to buy this one as well until I went and saw their support videos. It seemed easy enough to try again, and the fingerprint feature was worth trying as my kids use this door a lot. It was super easy to install, it was even easier to get started. It's a phenomenal purchase and so far (about 2 weeks) we've had no problems. The notifications help a lot in ensuring the door is ringing etc. Great product.
